چکیده
This paper focuses on minimizing the annual operative costs in monopolar DC distribution networks with inclusion of solar photovoltaic (PV) generators while considering a planning period 20 years. problem is formulated through mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model, which binary variables define nodes where PV must be located, and continuous are related to power flow solution optimal sizes sources. The implementation master–slave optimization approach proposed order address complexity MINLP formulation. In master stage, discrete-continuous generalized normal optimizer (DCGNDO) implemented for sources along their sizes. slave stage corresponds specialized known as successive approximation method, helps determine total energy generation at substation terminals its expected period. Numerical results 33- 69-bus grids demonstrate effectiveness DCGNDO compared versions Chu Beasley genetic algorithm vortex search algorithm.

Using Constant Switching Frequency Control in Linear-Assisted DC-DC Switching Converters for Photovoltaic Solar Regulators
This article shows the proposal of a linear–assisted converter or linear–&–switching hybrid converter with a constant switching frequency for photovoltaic solar DC-DC regulators. The control loop of the system is based on the current–mode technique. The main disadvantage of a converter with current– mode control is the inherent instability of the loop when switch duty ratios are greater than 0....
متن کاملLinear–Assisted DC/DC Converters with Modified Current-Mode Control Applied to Photovoltaic Solar Systems
Linear-assisted DC/DC converters are structures that allow to take advantages of the two classic alternatives in the design of power supply systems: Voltage linear regulators (classic NPN topology or LDO –low dropout–) and switching DC/DC converters. This paper shows the proposal of a modified current-mode one-cycle control for linear-assisted DC/DC converters. The modified current-mode onecycl...
